• Day 1 : Lima To Ica And Sand Buggies

  Overnight in Ica (Altitude: 400 m. - 1312 ft)

  Today, you will depart early in the morning towards Ica. This journey will take approximately four hours and will take from the vibrant city along the coastline to the desert. As soon as you arrive in Ica we will transfer you to your hotel, where you can spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure. There are a number of optional activities that you can do; however, we recommend a visit to the stunning Huacachina Oasis for adrenaline junkies or landscape lovers as it´s a beautiful oasis surrounded by pristine sand dunes. You will then experience the dunes and sand-boarding on an unforgettably wild sand buggy family adventure. If you are a lover of history and museums, you must visit the Museo Regional de Ica, considered to be one of the country’s best archaeological museums.

• Day 2 : Flight Over Nazca Lines And Private Van To Paracas

  Overnight in Paracas (Altitude: Sea Level)

  In the morning, we will meet you at your hotel and take you to the Ica Airport where you will board your flight over the incredible Nazca Lines, a series of ancient geoglyphs in the desert made by the Nazca culture (approx. 400 – 650AD). Nowadays, the reason and the purpose these geoglyphs were created continues to remain a mystery. During the flight, you will be able to see the fascinating figures such as the monkey, hummingbird, tree, parrot, astronaut, dog, condor among others. After viewing the spectacular lines, we will take you to the coastline town of Paracas, where we will drop you off at your hotel and you will have the evening to relax and enjoy some delicious fresh seafood at one of the many seaside restaurants.

• Day 3 : Ballestas Island Tour And Back To Lima

  In the morning, we will take you to the Chaco Harbor in Paracas for your remarkable boat ride to the Ballestas Islands, which are three small islands filled with animals to a short distance off the coast. On the boat ride to the islands, you will be able to see the ‘Candelabro,’ which is a giant geoglyph in the shape of a candle holder. When you arrive at the Ballestas Islands, you will stay on the boat to observe a chaotic flurry of amazing animals including noisy but playful fur seals and sea lions as well as a huge number of seabirds including, Humbolt penguins, pelicans, tendril, Inca tern, the Peruvian booby, red legged cormorant and guanay. You will travel closely around the islands to have a spectacular view of the animals on the shore, those flying overhead, and those swimming underwater.After touring the islands, we will take you back to Lima where we will drop you back in your hotel.

• Contract

  The booking is accepted when Cultural Immersion receives the first deposit from its clients. At this point in time the contract between client and Cultural Immersion is effective and legally binding.
  In order to secure the trip, we will require a 30% deposit of the total package price by the time of your booking.

• Payments

  First Payment: 30% deposit by the time of booking
  Second Payment: Full Amount, to be paid 45 days prior to your arrival
  In the case the booking will be proceeded 45 or less days to the arrival, the whole amount will be required in once.
  If the booking is made 45 days or less from the arrival time then the whole amount will be required at the time of booking.

• Credit Card Payments

  The first and second payment can be made using credit card via PayPal, Payments made through credit card / paypal are subject to a 5% surcharge.

• Cancellations and Changes by the Client (Land Packages)

  Any cancellations or changes made by the client must be submitted in writing by the client at their earliest convenience

• Cancellation and Changes by Cultural Immersion

  We do our best to operate your tour as sold. However, we reserve the right to curtail or modify the itinerary, or to substitute activities, hotels, meals or transportation as we deem necessary
  None of these modifications or changes will affect the land package price
  We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that would compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of the passengers or any other circumstances beyond our control . In this case, we will either refund this part of your trip or aplly this cost to other services (eventual additional cost)
  In case we need to cancel the tour (not related to situations beyond our control), we will refund your fully paid pre-payments or work with you to apply those payments to another tour

• Prices

  All prices shown on this web site are per person and expressed in US Dollars.
  For children aged 4 - 9, the package price is based on sharing a room with adults. Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time you book
  Once we receive your deposit, your tour package price is guaranteed and any subsequent price increases will be at our expense

• Airlines

  We are acting as your agent only and have no liability or responsibility for the performance of services by the airlines including, but not limited to, accident, death, personal injury, property damage or flight delay
  Flight bookings are totally non refundable or transferable.

• Accommodations

  The accommodations are specified in the accomodation section of our website
